About Our Firm

Our office, SEIWA PATENT & LAW, conducts general business in a wide range of fields, including intellectual property matters in Japan and abroad. The office, which consists of about 300 members, including about 100 patent attorneys and 5 attorneys-at-law, operates under a partnership system.

Areas of Practice

Our office is engaged in IP business in relation to the acquisition of IP rights (patents, designs, trademarks, etc.), disputes and negotiations, and consulting, in various technical and business fields. We also provide and dispatch information on IP systems and practices in Japan and overseas.
